Orders will be shipped within 2 days of payment clearance.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within Australia. 

International orders are shipped with Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery. Some international destinations may take longer.

If you require Express Shipping please contact me prior to placing an order.

Refunds

I do not accept returns due to change of mind. 

I do offer exchange or refund for faulty items or items not as described.
Please note items that are handmade will have slight imperfections. 

If your package has been damaged in transit, please email me within 5 business days of receiving your item.
